Board Certified, Diplomate American Board of Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. John W. Jenkins has been practicing dentistry since 1999. He attained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He subsequently received his specialty license to practice pediatric dentistry from MUSC as well. Dr. Jenkins is a Board Certified Diplomate of Pediatric Dentistry, as are all of the dentists in the practice. Dr. Jenkins and his wife, Marne, have three daughters and reside in Columbia. Dr. Jenkins’ goal is to provide the most up-to-date, comprehensive dental care to children and adolescents in a caring environment. Dr. Jenkins also has privileges at Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital and The Palmetto Surgery Center, where he provides hospital dentistry for patients who cannot tolerate in-office dental care. Dr. Jenkins feels very fortunate to have such a wonderful place to practice pediatric dentistry.
