CAROLINE F. BRANCHAL – DMD

Board Certified, Diplomate American Board of Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Caroline is originally from Martinsville, VA, but has called Blythewood, South Carolina home since she was ten years old. Dr. Caroline graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2008 with a BS in Neuroscience. She was a four year member of the varsity women’s tennis team. Dr. Caroline returned to South Carolina to attend dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina. As a pre-doctoral student, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society in 2012 and was a 2010-2011 MUSC Presidential Scholar. Upon graduation in 2012 she moved to Memphis, Tennessee to complete a two year pediatric residency program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center that focused on treating children from infancy to adolescence, as well as children with special healthcare needs. The residency program included specialized training in both conscious sedation and hospital dentistry.

Dr. Caroline is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), American Dental Association (ADA), South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA), Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Caroline, her husband, Dan and their three children are excited to call the Midlands home!
